The use will maintain or <br />promote the public health, <br />safety and general welfare, if <br />located where proposed and <br />developed and operated <br />according to the plan as <br />submitted. <br /> To be determined by Board <br />after receiving evidence to be <br />submitted or heard at public <br />hearing. <br /> Will ___Will Not <br /> 6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />MOTION made by Mark Micol to find in the affirmative for Article 8.2.1 subsection 1 that the use will maintain or <br />promote the the public health, safety and general welfare if located where proposed and developed and operated <br />according to the plan as submitted based on the testimony from local residents that the project will enhance the <br />esthetics and overall beauty of the surrounding community. Seconded by David Blankfard. <br />VOTE: Unanimous <br /> <br /> <br />Article 8.2.1 <br />2. The use will maintain or <br />enhance the value of contiguous <br />property (unless the use is a <br />public necessity, in which case <br />the use need not maintain or <br />enhance the value of contiguous <br />property). <br /> To be determined by Board <br />after receiving evidence to be <br />submitted or heard at public <br />hearing. <br /> Will ___Will Not <br /> 14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />MOTION made by James Carter to find in the affirmative for Article 8.2.1, subsection 2, in terms of the enhancement <br />of the property. Mark Micol added to the motion based on the testimony of Mr. Parker and his 25 years of experience. <br /> He mentioned that the property in its current state is in poor condition and this project will enhance and increase the <br />value of the surrounding property. Seconded by David Blankfard. <br />VOTE: Unanimous <br />
