The use will maintain or <br />promote the public health, <br />safety and general welfare, if <br />located where proposed and <br />developed and operated <br />according to the plan as <br />submitted. <br /> To be determined by Board <br />after receiving evidence to be <br />submitted or heard at public <br />hearing. <br /> Will ___Will Not <br /> 6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />MOTION made by Mark Micol to find in the affirmative for Article 8.2.1 subsection 1 that the use will maintain or <br />promote the the public health, safety and general welfare if located where proposed and developed and operated <br />according to the plan as submitted based on the testimony from local residents that the project will enhance the <br />esthetics and overall beauty of the surrounding community. Mark Micol added to the motion based on the testimony of Mr. Parker and his 25 years of experience. <br /> He mentioned that the property in its current state is in poor condition and this project will enhance and increase the <br />value of the surrounding property. Seconded by David Blankfard. <br />VOTE: Unanimous <br />
