Approved 3/14/2011 <br /> <br />OC Board of Adjustment – 11/8/2010 Page 25 of 43 <br />2 <br />3 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />(7) That within sixty (60) days from the approval of the Special Use Permit the applicant submit a revised Impact 1 <br />Analysis from Mr. Vic Knight correcting several spelling mistakes and removing erroneous references to the <br />impact analysis being for a ‘Class II Kennel’, <br />(8) That as part of the building permit application the applicant provide the necessary detail referenced within 4 <br />Section 8.8.21 (1) (c) relating to the development of all proposed structures, specifically the dugouts and <br />concession/office space, including professional renderings, the proposed color of the facilities, and the <br />material that will be utilized in their construction, <br />(9) That as part of condition number six (6) the applicant work with staff and NC DOT to install directional signs 8 <br />designating the entrance/exit of the project as well as parking areas, <br />(10) That the applicant comply with the Orange County Noise Ordinance, <br />(11) If any condition of this Special Use Permit shall be held invalid or void, then this Special Use Permit shall be <br />void in its entirety and of no effect, and <br />(12) The Special Use Permit will automatically expire within twelve (12) months from the date of approval if the use <br />has not commenced or construction has not commenced or proceeded unless a timely application for <br />extension of this time limit is approved by the Board of County Commissioners as provided in 8.4.11 of the <br />Orange County Zoning Ordinance. <br />MOTION made by David Blankfard to approve the Class B Special Use Permit request with the 12 conditions. <br />Seconded by Mark Micol. <br />VOTE: Unanimous <br /> <br />Thomas Brown: The special use permit requested in case A-4-10 is approved with conditions as stipulated.
