There are three portions. <br /> <br />MOTION made by Mark Micol to find in favor of the applicant in that the use will maintain or promote the public health, <br />safety and welfare if located where proposed and developed and operated according to the plan as submitted based <br />on testimony of local resident Mr. McAdoo and HYAA official Mr. Askew stating that the project as proposed would be <br />of great social value to the surrounding area and open to a broad portion of the population as well as making sports <br />more affordable for the children of Orange County .
