Exhibits 1 and 2 are 13 <br />historical documents which should already be in the record because they were included as 14 <br />references within the original appeal. I have provided a copy to the clerk. With Exhibits 1 and 2, 15 <br />they should already be part of the record. I don’t intend to refer to them tonight but they were 16 <br />documents included within the original appeal. Exhibit 3 is a notice of revised appeal which you 17 <br />should have in front of you which collect in a single document the relevant evidence and detail I 18 <br />intent to refer to this evening. 19 <br /> 20 <br />Geof Gledhill: Where are these? 21 <br /> 22 <br />Michael Buck: If you will look in Exhibit 3 on page 20. 23 <br /> 24 <br />Larry Wright: Revised from what? 25 <br /> 26 <br />Michael Buck: The appeal I am showing you that begins on page 18, 19 and 20 of Exhibit 3. 27 <br />Your Exhibit 3 has the colored tabs. 28 <br /> 29 <br />Larry Wright: Is this revised from Exhibit 1 or 2? 30 <br /> 31 <br />Michael Buck: I did not include a copy of the appeal because the zoning officer provided that as 32 <br />attachment A which was the original appeal filing. In the original appeal filing, there were 33 <br />additional documents that were referenced. Those copies were not provided by the zoning 34 <br />officer, those are Exhibits 1 and 2. I don’t intend to refer to those, I have attempted to carry 35 <br />forward the evidence in those documents into Exhibit 3 to create a single document of record but 36 <br />as they are part of the appeal and they were referenced in the original appeal filing of 2008, I did 37 <br />want to make sure there was a complete record of these proceedings. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Larry Wright: Does the board have any questions? 40 <br /> 41 <br />Jeff Schmitt: There was an appeal in 2008 and then we have a revised April 25, 2013? 42 <br /> 43 <br />Michael Buck: Yes. 44 <br /> 45 <br />Jeff Schmitt: Where is the Notice of Appeal Revised? 46 <br /> 47 <br />Michael Buck: Exhibit 3, your bound copy. 48 <br /> 49 <br />Jeff Schmitt: This document has been presented to the planning department? 50 <br /> 51
