They did not challenge 2 <br />him neither did they require Mr. Collins to write an ordinance to require Scotswood to be 3 <br />excluded. We have here the May 27 Quarterly Public Hearing which is where this item was 4 <br />discussed on page 180. 5 <br /> 6 <br />Michael Buck: Can you explain the active recreation guidelines used in your estimate? 7 <br /> 8 <br />Michael Harvey: In terms of my response in Attachment B? I used the various acreage 9 <br />breakdowns as denoted on the plat for each designated recreational area. 10 <br /> 11 <br />Michael Buck: The total acreage of the parcel. 12 <br /> 13 <br />Michael Harvey: Yes. 14 <br /> 15 <br />Larry Wright: We are at the point where evidence has been submitted for the applicant and the 16 <br />county and I would like to ask if it would possible to recess and reconvene next month to the 17 <br />regularly scheduled for October 14. Would we have a draft of the minutes prior to that meeting? 18 <br /> 19 <br />Debra Graham: Yes. 20 <br /> 21 <br />Larry Wright: I would like to ask the board members who will be available? 22 <br /> 23 <br />Geof Gledhill: If you recess the meeting until October 14 and it turns out that you can’t get a 24 <br />quorum you can recess it again. 25 <br /> 26 <br />David Rooks: Would you ask the parties if they anticipate any more evidence or can we close the 27 <br />public hearing? 28 <br /> 29 <br />Jeff Schmitt: Is there a particular reason we need to close it, then we can keep it open. 30 <br /> 31 <br />David Rooks: Your motion would be to continue the public hearing until the next meeting date. It 32 <br />would be good if we did have a draft of the minutes for the board members to refresh what 33 <br />happened tonight. 34 <br /> 35 <br />MOTION: made by Jeff Schmitt to recess until October 14, 2013 at 7:30pm in this conference 36 <br />room for a continuation of this hearing.
