I will call your attention to the use of active recreation as it relates to the 25 <br />ordinance calls for active recreation. 26 <br /> 27 <br />David Rooks: Mr. Buck, you have made an appeal made on certain assertions that the staff 28 <br />failed to correctly apply the terms of the special use permit in approving the plat.
