We just recently reduced the price from $398,900 to $375,000 and this will 31 <br />probably make her reduce the price even further. 32 <br /> 33 <br />Helen Figueror: I have been sworn in. I have my own personal experience with power lines and it is also the same 34 <br />impressions. I brought some quotes about people saying, beautiful home but I don’t want to live next to these things. 35 <br />They are visible when you come into my neighborhood but the interesting part is that we have had three sellers in my 36 <br />neighborhood that just closed last month and one of the homes sold which didn’t have the power lines and the other 37 <br />home didn’t have a problem with the power lines. One sold for $15,000 more and it wasn’t as nice a house as this 38 <br />house. I personally know the other house because I had it listed before and the other house that sold did not have the 39 <br />problem with the power lines. I know the other two were visibly, as far as quality for the home, they were similar but 40 <br />the house that was the best house with the largest yard had at the very end of the yard, one of those big tower things 41 <br />and people would come in and say I don’t want to live next to the power lines and there has been research now. The 42 <br />thing is that you can get two kinds of research. You can get from Duke Power there is no problem, you’re not going to 43 <br />get sick and you have other research that came from Europe, that ….. 44 <br /> 45 <br />Larry Wright: What you need to do when you deal with this again with your customers is to have them look at the 46 <br />National Library of Medicine which is the premier medical library in the world… have them go to Medline Plus and key 47 <br />in telecommunication towers… it talks about radio frequency, etc. There is no direct evidence that gathered literature 48 <br />from all over the world, there is no evidence that radio frequencies from cell phone towers and all kinds, tissue 49 <br />penetration and everything, I know about this. You need to consult that and that will answer your question. The 50 <br />studies are not definitive. 51
