Approved 12/8/2014 <br /> <br />OC Board of Adjustment – 10/13/2014 Page 15 of 17 <br /> <br /> <br />REQUIREMENT UDO SUPPORTING EVIDENCE Staff BOA <br />STANDARDS for Camp/Retreat Center 5.7.4 <br />Site Plan <br />A site plan prepared in accordance <br />with Section 2.5, also showing the <br />following (existing or proposed): <br />(i) Buildings, <br />(ii) Campsites, <br />(iii) Storage areas, <br />(iv) Fencing and gates, <br />(v) Outdoor recreation areas <br />(vi) Access road(s) to the site, as <br />well as on site roads, with an <br />indication of type of proposed surface. <br />5.7.4(A)(1)(a) <br />{submittal} <br />Application (Attachment 1) (Site plan) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />A description of the type of facility <br />planned, the size, capacity, and use of <br />proposed buildings; a signed <br />statement from the owners or <br />operators that there shall be no <br />activity allowed that will have adverse <br />effects on adjacent property.
