So we were thinking of 16 <br />adding that as another condition. I don’t know what the right phrase is. 47 <br /> 48 <br />Larry Wright: Right, then I asked Mr. Rhoads if indeed and he said that he would have to do that. 49 <br />Anything that would be within the easement of the highway has to be cleared with DOT and a school bus 50 <br />stop he mentioned specifically. 51 <br /> 52 <br />Jeff Schmitt: So the presumption is that DOT would of themselves move the school bus stop. 53 <br /> 54 <br />Larry Wright: Or else he would, he would have to come to some agreement with DOT. 55
