In addition the County Health Department and 5 <br />Erosion Control and Stormwater Engineering, Emergency Services have reviewed the application and 6 <br />find it will not be injurious to the public health and or safety and is in compliance with affable state and 7 <br />federal regulations. It is therefore the finding of the Board that the use will maintain or promote the public 8 <br />health, safety and general welfare if located where proposed and developed and operated according to 9 <br />the plan as submitted.
