I live at 8125 Heather Lane. My 6 <br />property will be crossed by this pipeline and I received no notice from PSNC of that other than 7 <br />notification of this hearing. I don’t know what to do about that. My name is Patricia Ann Oliver and I live at 5502 Cascade Drive in 24 <br />Chapel Hill. I’ve been sworn. I have a good through presentation about consents that the Board is not 25 <br />interested in hearing much from us so I’ll try to speed through this. I did have some PowerPoint but 26 <br />that’s not going to happen but I printed it out and I think I have enough for all of you. 27 <br /> 28 <br />Larry Wright: The whole thing is what we have to convey to you. While you’re handing this out, it’s not 29 <br />that we’re not interested it’s that we are very confined with what we can actually decide here tonight. It 30 <br />has to be within the Unified Development Ordinance and the 2030 Comprehensive Plan. We are not a 31 <br />judicial body. We cannot make policy the policies that we follow are actually guidance from the 32 <br />Commissioners and so that’s all we can do.
