Two ten pound 2-A:20-B:C dry chemical portable fire extinguishers shall be 1 <br />installed at the site at a conspicuous location for use during an emergency event. 2 <br /> 3 <br />6. As required within Section 5.10.8 (A) (1) (g) of the UDO, the applicant shall be required 4 <br />to provide a final copy of the installed foundation design including a geotechnical 5 <br />sub- surface soils investigation, evaluation report, and foundation recommendation 6 <br />for the proposed wireless support structure prior to the commencement of land 7 <br />disturbing activities associated with the construction of the telecommunication facilities. 8 <br />7. The applicant shall obtain a driveway permit from the NC Department of 9 <br />Transportation approving the driveway access for the project off of Mt. Sinai Road. 10 <br />8. Final assignment of a street address shall be completed by Orange County Land 11 <br />Records prior to the issuance of any permit authorizing land disturbing activity on 12 <br />the property. 13 <br />9. The applicant shall obtain all necessary development permits from the County prior 14 <br />to the initiation of and land disturbing activity associated with the construction of the 15 <br />telecommunication facilities including, but not limited to: 16 <br />a. Building Permit, 17 <br />b. Erosion Control/Stormwater Management Permit, 18 <br />c. Solid Waste Management Permit, and 19 <br />d. Zoning Compliance Permit. 20 <br /> As part of the review of proposed construction drawings, the Orange County 21 <br />Services Department shall review and comment upon final submitted construction 22 <br />drawings to determine compliance with State Fire Code regulations. 23 <br />10. Any proposed co-location of antenna on this tower shall be reviewed, acted upon, 24 <br />and installed in accordance with the provisions of the UDO. 25 <br />11. A co-location site shall be offered to the County for the placement of antenna in 26 <br />support of local emergency communication needs. 27 <br />12. The applicant shall submit all necessary bonding/financial security documents to 28 <br />the County Attorney’s office for review and approval guaranteeing the removal of the 29 <br />tower in the event it is abandoned or unused for a period of 12 months. A cost 30 <br />estimate shall be provided by a qualified contractor. The amount of the security shall 31 <br />be 110 percent of the estimate. This must be completed before building permits are 32 <br />issued. 33 <br />13. Telecommunication tower owners shall submit a report to the County Inspections 34 <br />Division certifying structural and electrical integrity upon completion of the initial 35 <br />construction and at intervals as specified within the UDO. 36 <br />14. Inspection records shall be kept by the tower owner and made available upon request 37 <br />to the County Inspections Division during regular business hours. Inspections shall 38 <br />be performed as specified within the UDO. 39 <br />15. In those cases where an inspection is required, which is not performed by 40 <br />Orange County Inspections, the applicant is required to notify the Planning Department 41 <br />and any applicable County telecommunication consultant of the inspection and its 42 <br />results. 43
