There were additional properties that are <br />14 also adjacent that had not been offered in the open market. They were what we typically call a <br />15 pre -sale, so there was no interaction on the market place, I did not include those. <br />16 <br />17 Laura Goode: Understood. I'm just trying to verify that the sales prices that you have, which is the <br />18 data that you worked with, did not have adjustments to those sales prices for... <br />19 <br />20 Michael Ogburn: I did not make any adjustments, other than use the raw data. And then we've talked about the articles that were contained as part of your <br />27 report. And the one article from New Zealand, that was an article that was published in 2005? <br />28 <br />29 Michael Ogburn: That's probably correct, yes. <br />30 <br />31 Laura Goode: And that was based on data from studies done in 2003? <br />32 <br />33 Michael Ogburn: That is correct. <br />34 <br />35 Laura Goode: And that of course was in New Zealand, so this did not deal with properties in the <br />36 United States? <br />37 <br />38 Michael Ogburn: No it does not. <br />39 <br />40 Laura Goode: Ok. And are you aware of any articles that criticized this article? <br />41 <br />42 Michael Ogburn: I am not. <br />43 <br />44 Laura Goode: Alright.
