What I would say is just like the listing agents of those properties in <br />35 Cobble Ridge... Any good real estate agent would certainly disclose it and make everyone aware <br />36 in advance that, oh there is or there may be a cell phone tower. <br />37 <br />38 Samantha Cabe: Well if that were the case wouldn't you have to say that every single property <br />39 there's the chance that there could be a cell phone tower? Because anybody can apply to have a <br />40 cell phone tower. <br />41 <br />42 Michael Ogburn: Well, yes, but in this instance there's an application in with the County and that <br />43 would not be true most other places. <br />44 <br />45 John Price: I have no further questions for the witness. <br />46 <br />47 Matt Hughes: I have maybe two questions for you. This report that you submitted... Just going <br />48 through it there's a few questions I have as I read a good portion of that. And one of the things I'm <br />49 kind of stuck on is this electromagnetichealth.org whatever it is, I can't tell what kind of group it is, <br />50 but why did you include that in here?
