If you do consider extending this meeting I would highly <br />3 recommend, having served on other Boards that went late into the evening, putting a deadline on <br />4 what your extension is so that it's not overended. <br />5 <br />6 Matt Hughes: Actually, my comment was that I was going to make a motion that the meeting could <br />7 extend by no more than 45 minutes, and would give us ample time to hear from the next two <br />8 witnesses and possibly citizens, if we are efficient and if our Chair intends to keep people on task. <br />9 <br />10 James Bryan: If I could chime in that you can't put a hard deadline for time. You can't say you've <br />11 only got ten minutes but it could be a strong advisory... <br />12 <br />13 Samantha Cabe: We will vote again in 45 minutes, can we say that? <br />14 <br />15 James Bryan: You can do that. You can also say that we've granted everybody extreme <br />16 leniencies thus far, we will not in the future. That sort of thing. Your next scheduled meeting is on January the 9th <br />Barry Katz: Do we have any applications for the January 9th meeting? <br />Michael Harvey: There is an application that has been submitted but it is not technically slated for <br />presentation at that hearing.
