And I am standing directly below the balloon in the air. <br />4 <br />5 John Price: Are you familiar with this photo? <br />6 <br />7 Evan Gwen: I am. That's from Carmel Market on Mt. Carmel Church Road. That's the balloon <br />8 above the treeline. <br />9 <br />10 John Price: And did you take this photograph? <br />11 <br />12 Evan Gwen: Yes. <br />13 <br />14 John Price: Is that anywhere close to your property? <br />15 <br />16 Evan Gwen: It's the opposite side of the proposed location that my property is. <br />17 <br />18 John Price: Ok.
