An area approximately 100 <br />11 acres. <br />12 <br />13 John Price: And Michael, if you could show the other slide? Is the area that's orange to me, that's <br />14 next to the tower, is that the 40 plus acre property that you considered selling to Mr. Rudnik? <br />15 <br />16 Evan Gwen: Correct. The Orange represents the potential home site. The 40 -acres would also <br />17 include some of, if not all of the pond and some of the Cub Creek area. But the home site is just to <br />18 the left of the red dot, which has already had soil test done and proved to be suitable for a septic <br />19 system in that location. <br />20 <br />21 John Price: And has Mr. Rudnik indicated to you an interest in purchasing that property? <br />22 <br />23 Evan Gwen: Informally, yes. Many times. <br />24 <br />25 John Price: And with 'respect to the 100 plus acres does the Orange represent the entire 100- <br />26 acres? <br />27 <br />28 Evan Gwen: Yes. <br />29 <br />30 John Price: Were you present during the balloon test? <br />31 <br />32 Evan Gwen: Yes. <br />33 <br />34 John Price: Were you able to determine whether the cell tower would be visible from your <br />35 property? <br />36 <br />37 Evan Gwen: From my home, no.
