It's hard for me to see it. <br />11 <br />12 Evan Gwen: We live right here where my finger is and spend the vast majority of our time outisde <br />13 maintaining, enjoying this area outlined in black, which runs around the larger of the two ponds <br />14 and towards the eastern edge of the Dove Field Property going closer to the Towercom proposed <br />15 tower location. <br />T <br />17 John Price: Ok, thank you. Would you describe the improvements on your property? <br />18 <br />19 Evan Gwen: We have a small one bedroom cabin and an unheated utility barn. <br />20 <br />21 John Price: How would you describe the geopgraphy character aesthetics of the Dove Field <br />22 Property that your proeprty resides on? <br />23 <br />24 Evan Gwen: It ranges in elevation from just over 200 -feet along Cub Creek to over 600 -feet on the <br />25 Chatham County side, the southside of here. And there's half a dozed springs and small <br />26 tributaries to Cub Creek. 200 creeks flowing in and multiple ponds on the property. So it's very <br />27 diverse. <br />IM <br />29 John Price: And the red dot that reperesents the tower location and the property between that dot <br />30 and the property that you and your wife reside on; what's the nature of that property? <br />31 <br />32 Evan Gwen: That was an acquisition that Dove Field made a few years ago in the 2000's and it's <br />33 currently a potential onsite for a family friend who has expressed his interest in purchasing that to <br />34 build a home for his future family. <br />35 <br />36 John Price: What's the name of that family friend? <br />37 <br />38 Evan Gwen: His name is Stanford Benjamin Rudnik. <br />OC Board of Adjustment — 12/12/16 Page 65 of 156 <br />
