Is that right? <br />22 <br />23 John Yeagley: That's what this states, yes. <br />24 <br />25 John Price: In responding to this section of the requirement am I correct that you limit your <br />26 statements to within the search ring? <br />27 <br />28 John Yeagley: This is actually a 2 -mile radius, so we also look at because this ordinance states a <br />29 2 -mile radius there's no high powered transition lines, there's nothing out there to co- locate on. <br />30 <br />31 John Price: Is Mt.
