Correct? <br />16 <br />17 John Yeagley: That's what the ordinance states, yes. <br />18 <br />19 John Price: You see it lists from A through F the priority sites, correct? <br />20 <br />21 John Yeagley: Correct. <br />22 <br />23 John Price: Anywhere in that ordinance does it state within the search area? <br />24 <br />25 John Yeagley: I don't see it in this ordinance. <br />26 <br />27 John Price: And at the bottom of your first page you recite the fact that under section 4 an <br />28 applicant may not bypass sites of higher priority merely because the site proposed is the only site <br />29 leased or selected, correct? <br />30 <br />31 John Yeagley: That's what the ordinance states, yes. <br />32 <br />33 John Price: On the second page of your report, in certifying that you complied with this <br />34 requirement, am I correct that in each instance with respect to each of the localities within the <br />35 priority listing you say there are none within the search ring? <br />36 <br />37 John Yeagley: Right.
