Approved 3113117 <br />1 <br />2 John Price: This is redundent. <br />3 <br />4 David Smith: That the cell tower would have no adverse impact on property values of contiguous <br />5 property. <br />6 <br />7 Laura Goode: I don't have any further questions. <br />8 <br />9 John Price: On those properties that you did the match pair you said you compared similar <br />10 properties other than the fact that there was a cell tower on the other properties what else was <br />11 similar? <br />12 <br />13 David Smith: They were similar in size and design, one wasn't 2 -story, they were both traditional <br />14 ranch buildings. <br />15 <br />16 John Price: You're talking about the similarity between the other properties in your analysis, you're <br />17 not talking about similarity to the property contiguous to the cell tower, correct? <br />18 <br />19 David Smith: That's correct. A telecommunications <br />36 tower that was reviewed in 2004 and 2005 when my tenure with the County started on Sunrise <br />37 Road. And it is in the rural buffer.
