And since then I have to go to numerous seminars. An average of about two a <br />8 year. In addition to other courses that I've taken over the 35 years I've had my designation. <br />9 <br />10 Laura Goode: Have you done real estate impact studies before? <br />11 <br />12 David Smith: I have, yes. <br />13 <br />14 Laura Goode: Approximately how many? <br />15 <br />16 David Smith: I would say somewhere around 20. <br />17 <br />18 Laura Goode: Ok. Of any type of these, not just cell phone towers? <br />19 <br />20 David Smith: Cell towers, and schools, and churches. <br />21 <br />22 Laura Goode: Ok.
