I mean, is that an incorrect assumption on my part? <br />10 <br />11 Ben Levitan: No, no, I see what you're saying. And you are technically right. UNC is at the top of this <br />17 graph. If you want to cover UNC why be 5 -miles away? I mean, if you're going to use a cell tower <br />18 that's 5 -miles away I've identified 14 other cell towers that you could use that are existing. So the <br />19 search ring to provide additional coverage at UNC has to be within UNC. <br />20 <br />21 Samantha Cabe: I... I believe they're stated objected was not to <br />26 provide more coverage for UNC because we can see that it is coverage but rather to offload some <br />27 of their coverage onto a different cell tower so that they can provide better service there. <br />28 <br />29 Ben Levitan: Offload is done and you know... <br />30 <br />31 Samantha Cabe: It just means that people who would live closer to this particular tower that <br />32 they're wanting to place there would use that tower instead of the UNC tower, freeing up stuff <br />33 there. You identify where your high- density <br />36 is, like for example UNC, high- density is going to be the stadiums on any given Saturday, right? <br />37 That's when the biggest density is.
