And those alternatives are better for the students. Like remember, this <br />7 cell tower is using licensed frequency and that translates to 18 -year olds phone data. He's going <br />8 to spend data on this. If you want to provide a benefit to UNC Campus, you're going to put as <br />9 much on the license spectrum. Ideally, a kid would love to be on Wi -Fi, not a cell. LTE. LTE <br />10 unlicensed these small cells come in an unlicensed form that basically it wouldn't cost you <br />11 anything on your data plan. You would be paying for data charges. <br />20 You can hook up to the Internet two different ways: like a Wi -Fi type service, or from a cell tower. <br />21 When you use your data plan... what Verizon's or ATT is charging you for is use of a cell tower <br />22 like this. Your phone normally tries to switch you to a cheaper connection, like Wi -Fi, or what <br />23 we're calling an unlicensed LTE, which is free.
