The needs identified in TowerCom's <br />application. <br />Ben Levitan: I accept that. <br />John Price: Did you prepare a power point presentation for use of conjunction with your <br />testimony? <br />Ben Levitan: Yes I did. <br />John Price: And , I asked that this be marked as Opposition Exhibit number 10... Because... <br />John Price: The majority of the ones that are contained in the Opposition... a chart that I was <br />asked to prepare and submit is part of Opposition Exhibit number 6. He's not here to testify with <br />regard to property values, or enhancement, or maintenance of property values. He's not here to <br />testify about harmony, he's not here to testify regarding the public health and safety, he's here to <br />testify regarding the technical issues of alternatives for... <br />Samantha Cabe: So specifically I want to ask, and maybe Mr. Harvey can help me with the <br />specific Unified Development Ordinance reference that I think he's going to refute about the co- <br />location requirements. <br />John Price: That's one aspect. <br />Samantha Cabe: Right but there's...
