I've noticed the time; it's nearly midnight. I know that the attorneys for 13 <br />both parties have advocated for their parties very zealously, very well, very thoroughly. They still have yet 14 <br />to get to their legal arguments. I suspect that that might take a while plus then you all will have 15 <br />deliberations. I could go on but I think everybody's tired. And if you all want you have the right to continue 16 <br />this to another time. Either to your next Board meeting or to another time that you all decide. 17 <br /> 18 <br />Barry Katz: I think that's terrific because I'm losing my concentration and I would like to be able to be in 19 <br />sound mind when we deliberate on this. 20 <br /> 21 <br />Matt Hughes: I would favor just moving forward and resolving this tonight. 22 <br /> 23 <br />Karen Barrows: Susan? 24 <br /> 25 <br />Barry Katz: We could do it tonight if you want. This is going to go on another hour, at least, right? 26 <br /> 27 <br />James Bryan: In my experience the attorneys, myself included when I was in private practice, will say ”Oh it 28 <br />only Take 5 minutes” and that means a half an hour. 29 <br /> 30 <br />Barry Katz: Ok fine. Something as we were… 37 <br /> 38 <br />LeAnne Brown: It’s a housekeeping matter because I am tired too. I’m not positive whether I moved my 39 <br />exhibits 1-14 into evidence. If I did not I’d like to move them into evidence on the record and ask that the 40 <br />Board receive them. I do not have an objection, I may have held it to the back of my head but I do not have 41 <br />an objection to deliberating, making legal argument and deliberating at later date. I am concerned that I 42 <br />filed this application many, many months ago, one of our prayers for relief was a stay and until you could 43 <br />decide whether this should be built. It has been built hot and heavy as fast as folks could go and I would 44 <br />ask that we stay any further activity until we can come back again so that it doesn’t get farther down the 45 <br />pipe. There’s tremendous economic waste involved in the continuation so that would be my request to you, 46 <br />that we stay it. 47 <br /> 48
