Those are 9 <br />the two attachments. 10 <br /> 11 <br />LeAnne Brown: Alright, when you turn a couple pages into that do you see a letter from a company that 12 <br />was forwarded to NCDOT on behalf of SPG and Ms. Brewer regarding trip generation? 13 <br /> 14 <br />Michael Harvey: Yes. 15 <br /> 16 <br />LeAnne Brown: Can you look at that letter and tell me what kind of trip generation information was being 17 <br />used to analyze the driveway permit when the information was given to NCDOT? 18 <br /> 19 <br />Michael Harvey: On page 2 it says for your site plan (inaudible) 414 trips for your AVT estimate and 105 20 <br />peak hours trips as shown on the table. 21 <br /> 22 <br />LeAnne Brown: Alright, and does it say what kind of data it used to make those count? Does it reference in 23 <br />fact special events in retreat centers? 24 <br /> 25 <br />Michael Harvey: Yes. 26 <br /> 27 <br />LeAnne Brown: So is it fair to say that the trip generation data given to DOT identified the use of the 28 <br />property as special events and retreat center for the purpose of counting cars? 29 <br /> 30 <br />Michael Harvey: Yes. 31 <br /> 32 <br />LeAnne Brown: Did there come a time in March that you received another building permit application from 33 <br />Ms. Brewer? 34 <br /> 35 <br />Michael Harvey: Yes, we were informed byte Building Inspections Department a revised application had 36 <br />been submitted. 37 <br /> 38 <br />LeAnne Brown: And you have the revised application? 39 <br /> 40 <br />Michael Harvey: Correct. 41 <br /> 42 <br />LeAnne Brown: May I mark it as Exhibit 11? 43 <br /> 44 <br />Michael Harvey: That’s in the Board’s packet. 45 <br /> 46 <br />LeAnne Brown: So is everything in your file there in the Board’s packet?
