Do you know if there was a driveway permit application 5 to Orange County in February of 2016, or would that have been to NCDOT? 6 7 Michael Harvey: I have no knowledge of any driveway permit application being submitted. Typically the 8 County doesn’t have a driveway permit process. There was however one submitted to the DOT. 9 10 LeAnne Brown: And are you aware of the submittal to the DOT? 11 12 Michael Harvey: Yes. 13 14 LeAnne Brown: And do you know whether there was a trip generation report delivered to the DOT? 15 16 Michael Harvey: No, I do not know. 17 18 LeAnne Brown: Do you know if you got an email from Chuck Edwards that transmitted that to you with the 19 (inaudible)? 20 21 Michael Harvey: There is an email from Chuck Edwards, yes. 22 23 Barry Katz: We don’t have this in our packet, right? 24 25 LeAnne Brown: No, it’s going to be marked in these Exhibits. 26 27 Barry Katz: Ok. 28 29 Michael Harvey: According to the email the DOT received on the 29th of December 2015 a site plan along 30 with an update property use statement and trip generation summary. 31 32 LeAnne Brown: And do you have by chance a February 15, 2016 email from Chuck Edwards on which you 33 recall? 34 35 Michael Harvey: That is the email I just. 36 37 LeAnne Brown: Ok, and if you would look at that email. Do the materials in that email include the trip 38 generation analysis? 39 40 Michael Harvey: All I have is the email that was in the file. 41 42 LeAnne Brown: Ok. Although it’s printed out of my Outlook and has my name on it now, is that in fact the 43 email that you got from Chuck Edwards? 44 45 Michael Harvey: Yes. 46 47 LeAnne Brown: Does it reference attachments? 48 49
