In reviewing the request 9 <br />for building permit and the plans for the building permit have you noticed any differences in the basic 10 <br />design of the event center? 11 <br /> 12 <br />Michael Harvey: There are detailed building plans that were submitted as part of the building permit 13 <br />application submittal that were not available or not submitted as part of the SUP application. There are now 14 <br />labels to the various uses of the rooms (inaudible) building permit application. That is included in the 15 <br />Board’s packet this evening. 16 <br /> 17 <br />LeAnne Brown: And was the land disturbance the same? 18 <br /> 19 <br />Michael Harvey: My recollection was it was about the same. 20 <br /> 21 <br />LeAnne Brown: About 85,000 square feet? 22 <br /> 23 <br />Michael Harvey: That sounds approximately correct. 24 <br /> 25 <br />LeAnne Brown: And the size of the building and the SUP I believe you testified was listed as 4,200 square 26 <br />feet. Is that correct? 27 <br /> 28 <br />Michael Harvey: Yes. 29 <br /> 30 <br />LeAnne Brown: And in the application for the building permit what is the square footage of the building plus 31 <br />the square footage of the wall? 32 <br /> 33 <br />Michael Harvey: The first floor, according to the application, which is on page 88, is 3,996 square feet. The 34 <br />loft is 658 square feet. 35 <br /> 36 <br />LeAnne Brown: And if you add those two numbers together is that slightly larger than the building that was 37 <br />included in the application for SUP? 38 <br /> 39 <br />Michael Harvey: Slightly larger, yes. 40 <br /> 41 <br />LeAnne Brown: Does the building permit application identify building cost? 42 <br /> 43 <br />Michael Harvey: The total cost of construction listed on page 88 is $734,988.75. 44 <br /> 45 <br />LeAnne Brown: Is there an additional cost for the HVAC system? 46 <br /> 47 <br />Michael Harvey: The cost of the electrical work was $74,615. 48 <br /> 49
