As the tower <br />is not being modified or relocated, <br />previous findings made by the <br />Board of Adjustment, in approving <br />the original application, with respect <br />to the appropriateness of the soil in <br />supporting the foundation of a <br />telecommunication tower are still <br />valid. <br /> <br />N/A N/A <br />1
