The Brewers' elected to go through the Special Use Permitting 13 process and there were several meetings where we discussed what I believed would be necessary 14 to establish farm use prior to establishing what essentially they were arguing was agro- tourism 15 activity. And from my standpoint you have to have the farm before you have the tourism. They 16 elected then to go through the Special Use Permit process, but you are correct; it was never in 17 writing, and they went through the SUP process based on that conversation, 18 19 Andy Petesch: And during that same time period, the spring and the summer, those conversations 20 included the possibility you just eluded to that, that they would, could, proceed as a bona fide farm 21 and not need any zoning approval.
