I'm Andy Petesch, attorney <br />26 on behalf of SPG LLC the property owner and Kara and Chris Brewer, Mr. Harvey, I just want to <br />27 follow up briefly. We addressed this at the October 2016 hearing but to clarify for the record; the <br />28 determination that you made, with respect to Ms. Brewer, the Brewers' and SPG needing to seek a <br />29 Special Use Permit for certain aspects of the agro- tourism that they seek to do on the property. <br />30 That was never made in writing. That was never placed in writing, correct? <br />31 <br />32 Michael Harvey: That is a correct statement. <br />33 <br />34 Andy Petesch: And this was, These discussions. The Brewers' came to you in approximately the <br />35 spring of 2015 to discuss this and what compliance issues they needed to address in order to <br />36 make use of this property? <br />37 <br />38 Michael Harvey: Spring and summer, yes sir. <br />39 <br />40 Andy Petesch: Ok, And so your communication of that decision that they needed to proceed on the <br />41 path of receiving /seeking a Special Use Permit was just communicated orally. Is that correct? <br />42 <br />43 Michael Harvey: That's a correct statement. <br />44 <br />45 Andy Petesch: And they pursued, they chose to proceed on that voluntarily to proceed on the <br />46 Special Use Permit application path, although there was discussions of...
