And from my standpoint you have to have the farm before you have the tourism. They 15 elected then to go through the Special Use Permit process, but you are correct; it was never in 16 writing, and they went through the SUP process based on that conversation. 17 18 Andy Petesch: And during that same time period, the spring and the summer, those conversations 19 included the possibility you just eluded to that, that they would, could, proceed as a bona fide farm 20 and not need any zoning approval.
