You all have agreed 6 <br />not to accept any more testimony. Right now the question is are you moving to adjourn to your 7 <br />next regularly scheduled meeting on January 9th or to a special meeting. My recommendation is 8 <br />that you adjourn to a date time certain on January 9th so you do not have to re-advertise. My only 9 <br />question for the Board is do you all want to convene the meeting earlier to accommodate 10 <br />additional testimony. 11 <br /> 12 <br />Susan Halkiotis: I really think we should start earlier. 13 <br />Samantha Cabe: Does anyone here have a problem with getting here earlier? Say 6:30 p.m.? 14 <br />Do I have a motion? 15 <br />MOTION by Barry Katz to adjourn and reconvene the meeting at 6:30pm on January 9th, 2017 at 16 <br />the same location. Seconded by Matt Hughes. 17 <br /> 18 <br />(Unknown Resident not sworn): Along with that will there be an opportunity for people not 19 <br />represented by an attorney to speak? Perhaps at the beginning of the meeting? I don’t know due 20 <br />process with this. I’m just wondering how I’m not represented by an attorney, I don’t have an 21 <br />attorney, I assume there are others who have an opinion and don’t want to hear the same 22 <br />question asked 30 times before being able to provide our input. And I’m a resident. 23 <br /> 24 <br />Samantha Cabe: I understand sir, and I apologize for your having to wait and not gettting heard 25 <br />tonight. Our typical procedure is to have the parties be heard first and then interested parties be 26 <br />heard after the presentation of evidence.
