But that day was the first day that I’d heard 5 <br />about it and it was from nobody official with Towercom, to my knowledge. 6 <br /> 7 <br />John Price: Was that mentioned by anyone at the meeting? 8 <br /> 9 <br />Evan Gwen: It was being discussed at that meeting, in that parking lot at the Baptist Church. 10 <br /> 11 <br />John Price: Discussed by who? 12 <br /> 13 <br />Evan Gwen: Discussed by residents, my wife and myself, but I didn’t ever have somebody tell me 14 <br />for sure that that was going to happen. 15 <br /> 16 <br />John Price: Just to make sure, did anyone from Towercom tell anyone at that meeting that there 17 <br />could be timbering down on the Buckner property? 18 <br /> 19 <br />Laura Goode: Objection as to that personal knowledge about what Towercom disclosed with other 20 <br />people other than Mr. Gwen. 21 <br /> 22 <br />John Price: I’ll limit to when you were in attendance… 23 <br /> 24 <br />Evan Gwen: I did hear that question asked and it was not denied or confirmed by the Towercom 25 <br />employees. 26 <br /> 27 <br />John Price: What was said by the Towercom employees? 28 <br /> 29 <br />Evan Gwen: I don’t remember exactly.
