It’s hard for me to see it. 10 <br /> 11 <br />Evan Gwen: We live right here where my finger is and spend the vast majority of our time outisde 12 <br />maintaining, enjoying this area outlined in black, which runs around the larger of the two ponds 13 <br />and towards the eastern edge of the Dove Field Property going closer to the Towercom proposed 14 <br />tower location. 15 <br /> 16 <br />John Price: Ok, thank you. Would you describe the improvements on your property? 17 <br /> 18 <br />Evan Gwen: We have a small one bedroom cabin and an unheated utility barn. 19 <br /> 20 <br />John Price: How would you describe the geopgraphy character aesthetics of the Dove Field 21 <br />Property that your proeprty resides on? 22 <br /> 23 <br />Evan Gwen: It ranges in elevation from just over 200-feet along Cub Creek to over 600-feet on the 24 <br />Chatham County side, the southside of here. And there’s half a dozed springs and small 25 <br />tributaries to Cub Creek. 200 creeks flowing in and multiple ponds on the property. So it’s very 26 <br />diverse. 27 <br /> 28 <br />John Price: And the red dot that reperesents the tower location and the property between that dot 29 <br />and the property that you and your wife reside on; what’s the nature of that property? 30 <br /> 31 <br />Evan Gwen: That was an acquisition that Dove Field made a few years ago in the 2000’s and it’s 32 <br />currently a potential onsite for a family friend who has expressed his interest in purchasing that to 33 <br />build a home for his future family. 34 <br /> 35 <br />John Price: What’s the name of that family friend? 36 <br /> 37 <br />Evan Gwen: His name is Stanford Benjamin Rudnik. 38 <br />67
