Correct? 15 <br /> 16 <br />John Yeagley: That’s what the ordinance states, yes. 17 <br /> 18 <br />John Price: You see it lists from A through F the priority sites, correct? 19 <br /> 20 <br />John Yeagley: Correct. 21 <br /> 22 <br />John Price: Anywhere in that ordinance does it state within the search area? 23 <br /> 24 <br />John Yeagley: I don’t see it in this ordinance. 25 <br /> 26 <br />John Price: And at the bottom of your first page you recite the fact that under section 4 an 27 <br />applicant may not bypass sites of higher priority merely because the site proposed is the only site 28 <br />leased or selected, correct? 29 <br /> 30 <br />John Yeagley: That’s what the ordinance states, yes. 31 <br /> 32 <br />John Price: On the second page of your report, in certifying that you complied with this 33 <br />requirement, am I correct that in each instance with respect to each of the localities within the 34 <br />priority listing you say there are none within the search ring? 35 <br /> 36 <br />John Yeagley: Right.
