I would move to amend that motion to also 1 <br />include, based upon not only the evidence listed by Staff that we approve. That we find yes, that 2 <br />that submittal requirement has been met based upon the Staff’s list of supporting evidence but 3 <br />also on the testimony that we heard at both hearings from Mr. Haughney. 4 <br /> 5 <br />Motion made by Barry Katz to accept Staff’s recommendation on 5.8.10(3)(d) based on the 6 <br />evidence that the Applicant so listed and also on Mr. Haughney’s testimonies.
