And since then I have to go to numerous seminars. An average of about two a 7 <br />year. In addition to other courses that I’ve taken over the 35 years I’ve had my designation. 8 <br /> 9 <br />Laura Goode: Have you done real estate impact studies before? 10 <br /> 11 <br />David Smith: I have, yes. 12 <br /> 13 <br />Laura Goode: Approximately how many? 14 <br /> 15 <br />David Smith: I would say somewhere around 20. 16 <br /> 17 <br />Laura Goode: Ok.
