So if you would just be cognizant of the fact you have other people here wanting to talk. 9 <br /> 10 <br />John Price: I am very aware of that. Are you familiar with this? 34 <br /> 35 <br />Owen Gwen: Yes. 36 <br /> 37 <br />John Price: Would you describe briefly what it is? 38 <br /> 39 <br />Owen Gwen: There is a nationally known planner Randall Arndt who has written several books on 40 <br />low impacts and low-density housing developments. And so being in the rural buffer and being 41 <br />part of what’s going on in trying to keep the community in the rural setting we went out, he went 42 <br />out and to look at the land and figure out a way lightly find some home sites that were roughly the 43 <br />smallest one being 10-acre track up to about a hundred acre track to try to keep the density down. 44 <br />We found these locations. 45 <br /> 46 <br />John Price: Is this the master plan that he prepared? 47 <br /> 48 <br />Owen Gwen: Yes. He prepared this master plan and it shows in the middle of the Cub Creek line 49 <br />running through the center of my property and that’s a proposed wildlife corridor and some other 50 <br />101
