When we came across 35
this particular property, it’s just a beautiful property and like I said the size itself was very important to me. 36
The fact that is was 22 acres, it allows me to have very private events in the middle of the property, and 37
that was important to me. It is important to clients and also I think it will benefit the neighbors as well.” Do 38
you recall testifying to that effect? 39
40
Kara Brewer: That is correct. 41
42
LeAnne Brown: Do you recall the following testimony: You were asked by your attorney, “And can you just 43
tell us a little bit about how often you expect to be holding events at the barn, like weddings?” do you recall 44
the following testimony, “So, wedding season is primarily from May to October so it does run about six 45
months and during that time I do expect to have 1-3 events per week on the property. Off-season, which is 46
November through April, will be less on where there isn’t anything going on there will be the occasional 47
winter wedding, perhaps early spring wedding.
