Can you look at the application for the Class B SUP and tell me the size of the 1 <br />building proposed? 2 <br /> 3 <br />Michael Harvey: Quoting from page 3 of the staff application abstract it is a 4,200 square foot structure. 4 <br /> 5 <br />LeAnne Brown: And how many parking places were proposed? 6 <br /> 7 <br />Michael Harvey: It is not readily spelled out in staff abstract. The typical parking standard is one space for 8 <br />every four seats. 9 <br /> 10 <br />LeAnne Brown: So do you think that could possibly be 150 spaces in this application? 11 <br /> 12 <br />Michael Harvey: Yes. 13 <br /> 14 <br />LeAnne Brown: And the name of the project on the application is the Barn of Chapel Hill. Is that correct? 15 <br /> 16 <br />Michael Harvey: Correct. 17 <br /> 18 <br />LeAnne Brown: And its main entrance was off of Morrow Mill Road, is that correct? 19 <br /> 20 <br />Michael Harvey: Correct. 21 <br /> 22 <br />LeAnne Brown: And its secondary entrance was off of Millikan Road for staff, event organizers, emergency 23 <br />services personnel, and etcetera? 24 <br /> 25 <br />Michael Harvey: Correct. 26 <br /> 27 <br />LeAnne Brown: In the application that we filed to bring us to this appeal today I in fact made, what we later 28 <br />learned to be a mistake, which is that I had indicated that no appeal had to been taken from this Board’s 29 <br />denial of the SUP. Did you learn recently that was incorrect? 30 <br /> 31 <br />Michael Harvey: Well, let me just state that I also labored under the same opinion that no appeal had been 32 <br />filed and we did find out that an appeal had been filed of the decision to deny the SUP. 33 <br /> 34 <br />LeAnne Brown: An appeal was in fact filed, is that correct? 35 <br /> 36 <br />Michael Harvey: Yes. 37 <br /> 38 <br />LeAnne Brown: On December 11, 2015? 39 <br /> 40 <br />Michael Harvey: Correct.
