Let’s mark that as Exhibit 8 so we 6 <br />can have that in the record, the entire file. 7 <br /> 8 <br />Michael Harvey: The application, which is attachment 2 page 11 in the packet, was signed by Kara Brewer 9 <br />on the 18th of May of 2015. 10 <br /> 11 <br />LeAnne Brown: And what was that application for? 12 <br /> 13 <br />Michael Harvey: A Class B SUP for the construction of event center, barn and associated parking 14 <br />accommodating up to 250 people. 15 <br /> 16 <br />LeAnne Brown: And Mr. Harvey you have testified or stated to the Board earlier today that you initially 17 <br />determined, as the Planning Supervisor, that that proposed use for an event center for a barn on this 18 <br />particular property for an event center and associated parking that would’ve accommodated up to 250 19 <br />people required a Class B SUP under the Orange County UDO. Is that correct? 20 <br /> 21 <br />Michael Harvey: That is correct. 22 <br /> 23 <br />LeAnne Brown: And was that decision appealed within 30 days after you made it? 24 <br /> 25 <br />Michael Harvey: It was not. 26 <br /> 27 <br />LeAnne Brown: And did SPG and Ms. Brewer in fact apply for a Class B SUP? 28 <br /> 29 <br />Michael Harvey: Yes, they did. 30 <br /> 31 <br />LeAnne Brown: And did they proceed through the Class B SUP process? 32 <br /> 33 <br />Michael Harvey: Yes, they did. 34 <br /> 35 <br />LeAnne Brown: Mr. Harvey, you testified earlier this track is approximately 20-22 acres. Is that correct? 36 <br /> 37 <br />Michael Harvey: That is correct. 38 <br /> 39 <br />LeAnne Brown: And how was it zoned? 40 <br /> 41 <br />Michael Harvey: It is zoned Agricultural Residential. 42 <br /> 43 <br />LeAnne Brown: Alright, and does it in fact have frontage on Morrow Mill Road and Millikan Road? 44 <br /> 45 <br />Michael Harvey: It does. 46 <br /> 47 <br />24
