<br />NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING – ATTORNEY TRAINING SESSION <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF <br />ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br /> <br />Pursuant to the requirements of the General Statutes of North Carolina, Chapter 153A, <br />Sections 340 and 345.1, Chapter 160A Section 388, and Section 2.11 of the Orange County <br />Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment will <br />hold a special meeting in the main Conference Room located on the Lower Level of the West <br />Campus Office Building located at 131 West Mar garet Lane, Hillsborough, North Carolina on <br />Monday December 12, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of the following: <br /> <br />The Board of Adjustment will be conducting a training session with the County <br />Attorney’s office from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. on December 12, 2016 within the Lower Level <br />Conference Room of the West Campus Office Building located at 131 West Margaret <br />Lane in downtown Hillsborough. The meeting will not involve the review and/or <br />comment on a specific application. While the public is welcome to attend no public <br />comment will be taken or questions responded to. <br /> <br /> <br />Questions regarding the meeting may be directed to the Orange County Planning and <br />Inspections Department located on the second floor of the West Campus Office building at 131 <br />West Margaret Lane, Hillsborough, North Carolina, 27278. Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to <br />5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. You may also call 732 -8181 (Hillsborough), 688-7331 <br />(Durham) or 967-9251 (Chapel Hill-Carrboro).
