1 REQUIREMENT UDO SUPPORTING EVIDENCE Staff BOA SPECIFIC STANDARDS In accordance with Section 5.3.2 (A) (2), the Board of Adjustment shall also consider the following general conditions before the application for a Special Use can be approved. NOTE: Planning Staff does not provide a recommendation on these items as the Board is expected to act based on the sworn testimony provided at the hearing. Staff is providing a brief synopsis of the information contained within the submittal the applicant argues demonstrates compliance for reference purposes only.
