(1) it roay be possible that it could <br />end Lip in the hands of a non-profit that would complete exempt it as a retreat, and (2) the BOCC could designate the <br />19"' century building as a historic landmark thereby requiring us to assess it at 50% of its market value. . <br />Without seeing the final product, application, etc. this ernail is hypothetical and serves only as information given what <br />we know at this time. <br />
