Mallett <br />Subject: The Barn of Chapel Hill <br />A cursory review of the erosion control plan was done and I have the following comments: <br />With the Barn of Chapel Hill project the land disturbance is over the thresholds for both erosion control and <br />stormwater. <br />® Erosion & Sedimentation Control — 20,000 SF <br />0 Stormwater (Commercial) - 21,780 SF <br />119YA <br />The erosion control plan will need to have a temporary top down clewatering basin instead of the type B sediment trap. <br />The nutrient management tool will need to be calculated for the project to determine if the nutrients are less than the <br />pounds per acre per year that otherwise would require a BMP to treat the nutrients in the runoff.
