SITE PLAN APPROVAL <br />11/21!89 <br />14.1 INTENT <br />To establish a set of standards for site plan applications. <br />AP LIGABILITY <br />As required by Article 21.4 of this Ordinance, a zoning compliance permit must be issued before any <br />new site development, building, structure, or vehicular use area may be erected, constructed or <br />used. Site plan approval is required for a zoning compliance permit with the following exceptions: <br />(a) Single - family detached dwellings and duplexes, and accessory structures to those residential <br />*Amended 4 -2- uses; provided, however, when such uses are located in the University Lake Watershed <br />90 (ULW) District, site plan approval shall be required. <br />(b) Temporary uses which do not exceed thirty (30) days in duration; and <br />(c) Interior renovation or repair of an existing structure, provided the use of the lot and /or <br />structure has not changed. <br />14.2 <br />APPLICATION RE=QUIREMENTS <br />*14,2,1 <br />PROFESSIONAL DESIGN ANE) CERTIPIGA'IION <br />*Amended <br />Each site plan shall be prepared by a registered engineer, landscape architect, architect, or land <br />in cases, design and certification of the plan may not be <br />B-6-91 <br />surveyor; however, some professional <br />required.
