_q,g_ <br />ATTACHMENT B — APPEAL APPLICATION <br />STAFF NOTE: <br />Walt Lobots1V is listed on the application and the `applicant' initiating the complaint. Clifford <br />Leath, another adjacent property owner, was willing to pay the application fee for the appeal but <br />did not want to be the primary applicant as he was unsure of his availability to attend the appeal <br />hearing when the application was submitted. <br />Mr. Lobotsky has now requested his name be removed from the application as he is no longer the <br />owner of property adjacent to the UNC facility. As Mr. Leath paid the application fee, and is an <br />adjacent property owner `impacted' by the decision, he is now going to assume the responsibility <br />for acting as the applicant for this request. <br />Please refer to Attachment A for additional clarification as to the location of the UNC, Leath, <br />and former Lobotsky properties. <br />
