As- required under Section 2.5.3 (F) of the UDO, documentation <br />shall be placed on the site plan detailing compliance with <br />development standards as articulated within Article 6 of the UDO <br />associated with the development and /or use of this property, <br />specifically: <br />a. Section 6.8 Landscaping, Buffers, and Tree Protection: <br />i. Provide a general note that all development <br />requirements associated with Section 6.8 shall be <br />complied with, <br />ii. Provide a note indicating that existing foliage will <br />be protected in accordance with the provisions of <br />Section 6.8, including the following specific <br />references: <br />1. 6.8.4 (A) (1) the site plan shall be modified <br />to include a note indicating that all existing <br />trees are located within the Primary Tree <br />Protection Area as defined within the UDO, <br />2. Section 6.8.4 (B) (1) add a note reading as <br />follows: <br />Existing trees, regardless of size, <br />shall not be cut or otherwise <br />damaged or destroyed within a <br />primary tree protection area except <br />as shown on an approved Landscape <br />and Tree. Preservation Plan, plot <br />plan, or site plan <br />3. Section 6.8.4 (B) (3) add a note reading as <br />follows: <br />During construction activities, <br />adequate protective measures shall <br />be provided to minimize damage to <br />existing trees and other vegetation. <br />4. Section 6.8.4 (B) (7) add a note reading as <br />follows: <br />Signs shall be posted identifying <br />the tree protection areas and shall <br />state the area is not to be <br />disturbed Such protective devices <br />shall effectively protect the critical <br />root zones, trunks, and tops of <br />trees to be retained and shall be <br />maintained until all work has been <br />completed. <br />
